I have been operating my craft business out of my home in Illinois for about 15 years. I do craft shows in the state and supply shops in many states. I love to paint and it all started with a painting class and that was it I was hooked.

Store Policy

I accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards via Pay Pal's encrypted and secured payment processing system.  Your information is secured and kept from unauthorized views.  I will not sell, lend or publish any of your personal information that is gathered by my shopping cart and payment system.  The information is only for ordering purposes.

I can only accept orders within the 48 Continental United States.  At this time, I do not accept orders from any other areas.

Refunds, Cancellation and Returns

Dee's Country Craftbarn will go that extra mile to attempt to please and
satisfy our customers always seeking their full satisfaction in all our products. If unsatisfied with your products, we will kindly refund, exchange or credit your account. Please remember that each item is handcrafted. I will authorize the following returns according to the following stipulations:

I have erred in the order process:

You were sent an item that was not ordered.
Your order was not created to your specification.
You are dissatisfied with your order

In these instances, we will gladly refund the shipping cost and any applicable expense. However, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of product for authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be honored. Returns must be sent within 10 days of authorization. Your refund will be applied in the manner that you paid for your product (s).

DAMAGE CLAIMS: Damages caused by delivery must be taken up with the
postal service and reported within 2 business days of receipt. Take your receipt of goods as well as the damaged product to the postal service to make your claim.  If you need assistance from me, please feel free to contact me.

ORDER CANCELLATION On-Line Catalog: A refund can be issued if a customer has had a change of mind after sending the order. You will receive a refund of the shipping charge and product charge less the transaction fee.  Pay Pal charges a 2% + .35¢ for each transaction which is incurred each time an order is processed.   However, you must notify me within 24 hours of placing the order. You will receive a detailed receipt of your order at which time you may cancel the order if you wish.  If order cancellation isn't sent within the time frame, your order will be processed and delivered as scheduled.  All of my items are hand crafted and there will be no exceptions!

Mail Order:  The normal delivery for Mail Order to reach me is about 3 business days.  Please send me an email to cancel your Mail Order within this time frame.  Once I receive the email cancellation, I will send your Mail Order and payment immediately back to you once I have received it.  If there is no cancellation order, I will process the order and deliver it as scheduled.  The 3 business days is ample time for order cancellation.  I do not make any exceptions due to the fact that all of my products are handcrafted.

  Shipping Policy

Orders through On-Line Catalog:  I ship by parcel post. Items will be shipped within 2 weeks or sooner.  You may request for a different method of shipping if necessary.  Please make your request before you submit your order at Checkout.  You will be send a payment request of additional shipping charge prior to your order being shipped.  Payment of additional shipping charge must be honored prior to shipment of order.

Orders through Mail Order:  I ship by parcel post.  Items will be shipped within 2 weeks or sooner for Money Order payments once the mail order form and payment has been received.  For Personal Checks, orders will be shipped once check has cleared approximately 17 business days or sooner.

Shipping Charges is 20% of total sales.
